There was a large influx of liquidity into Orca’s USDCet-USDC pool last week, enabling bigger transfers to Solana from Ethereum through the Wormhole cross-chain bridge. This is keeping with the trend of growing inflows to Solana from other chains. As highlighted by Orca vault provider Kamino Finance, Wormhole’s data for the first quarter of 2023 shows that more than $91 million was bridged to Solana and only $26 million was bridged out.
Recent data has also shown Solana growing in terms of daily active wallets, even surpassing Ethereum on some days. This is just more evidence that new people are discovering the great user experience enabled by Solana’s fast speeds and low fees that Orca users already know about. Orca is proud to be the leading trading platform on Solana, and looks forward to continuing to innovate new features that are only possible on Solana.
